As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide quality clinical services for workplace health surveillance programs, occupational first aid, other medical procedures dependant on skills and experience as well as facilitate site health promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Baseline health assessments and periodic health surveillance
  • Fitness for Work activities eg drug and alcohol testing
  • Occupational first aid and provide advice for our site wide emergency care
  • Planning health promotion, illness and injury prevention programs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing (or similar) organisation
  • Qualified Return to Work Co-ordinator (or similar)
  • Ability to work effectively with and influence a wide range of people, from production floor team members to senior management
  • Confident interpersonal communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Resilient with a proactive commitment to ensuring the health and wellbeing of others
